WE'RE SO GLAD YOU ARE HERE!
ASSOCIATION OF KOREAN ADOPTEES - PHILLY
WELCOME,
A PLACE FOR KOREAN ADOPTEES & DOKADS
TO CONNECT, SHARE & BELONG.
Founded in 2025, AKA Philadelphia was created by and for Korean adoptees and descendants of Korean adoptees (DoKADs) to build a community rooted in connection, belonging, and shared experiences. We serve the Greater Philadelphia region, including Southeastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Delaware, creating opportunities for meaningful relationships through cultural experiences, social events, and honest conversations.
We believe community grows through understanding and connection. By welcoming adoptees, DoKADs, and members of the broader Korean community, we strive to build bridges, celebrate our shared heritage, and create a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and connected.
